Use of the CampIQ platform itself is governed by a separate written agreement between us and the customer organisation. Nothing on this website forms part of that agreement or varies it.

What this site is for
This website describes the CampIQ platform and lets you request a demonstration. It is marketing material. It is not an offer, a quotation, or a contract, and it does not create a binding commitment on either side.
Screenshots, figures and demonstration data
The screens shown on this site come from a demonstration environment populated with fictional data. Camp names, company names, resident names, room numbers, ticket histories and every metric shown are illustrative. They are not the records of any real camp, client or individual, and they are not a promise of the results you will achieve.
Performance figures quoted anywhere on the site are examples of what the system measures, not guaranteed outcomes. Your results depend on your camp, your team and how you use the platform.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the site accurate and current, but the platform is under active development and specifications, screens and capabilities may change without notice. We give no warranty that the site is error-free or continuously available, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.
Acceptable use
You may view, print and share pages from this site for your own business evaluation. You may not:
- use the site or the demo form for anything unlawful, misleading or fraudulent;
- submit someone else's details as your own;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
- scrape, mirror or systematically copy the site's content or imagery for use elsewhere;
- use any automated means that places an unreasonable load on the service.
Intellectual property
The CampIQ name and logo, the platform, and the text, design, screenshots and imagery on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use them beyond the evaluation use described above.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
