This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through campiq.co.uk. It covers this website only. Personal data held inside the CampIQ platform on behalf of a camp operator is governed by the contract with that operator, who is the data controller for it.

What we collect, and why
We collect personal information in one situation only: when you submit the demo request form, or email us directly.

Where the UK or EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated. You can object at any time and we will stop processing and delete your details.

Worth knowing: loading fonts from Google Fonts means your browser contacts Google's servers, which discloses your IP address to Google. This happens on most websites. If you would prefer this not to occur, a browser extension that blocks third-party font loading will prevent it, and the site remains fully usable.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no advertising pixel, and no cross-site tracking. Nothing is stored on your device by us.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we can pick up the thread if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using it.
Email enquiries@campiq.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with our response, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and land in an access-controlled mailbox. No enquiry data is stored in a database on this website.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
